With a scheduled practical completion in February 2010, the home will provide quality care within a modern and bespoke environment which meets the needs of elderly residents within the local area.
The proposals are for the development and operation of a 66 bed care home which will provide nursing and dementia care for the residents of St Helens. The home will be a part three and part four storey property of traditional construction. Gardens are to be provided to the north eastern end of the site, thereby overlooking Concourse Way, and these are expected to comprise areas of flat and level lawn incorporating various planted beds, trees, shrubs, footpaths and hard surfaced patios. |
